Privacy Policy

This page explains what information we collect, why, and who helps us handle it. We keep it to what we need to sell and support our software.

What we collect

• Your account: your username, email address and password. Your password is stored by Clerk, our account provider. We never see it.
• Your purchases: what you bought, when, the price, and your license keys.
• Your cart: saved in your own web browser, not on our servers, until you check out.
• Support emails: anything you send us when you ask for help.

Payments

Payments are handled by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Your card details go straight to Polar and its payment processor. We never see or store them.

Who helps us

• Clerk runs customer accounts and sign-in.
• Polar handles checkout, payment, sales tax and receipts.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores order records, license keys and download files.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

You can change your account details from your account page. To delete your account and data, email support@goldstrikesimulations.com. We may need to keep order records for tax and accounting.
