Terms of Service

These terms cover buying and using software from Gold Strike Simulations ("we", "us"). By making an account or buying a product, you agree to them.

Who sells to you

Our orders are processed by Polar, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Polar handles payment, sales tax and receipts, and its own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Your license

• When you buy a product, you get a personal license to install and use it on your own computers.
• Your license key is for you only. Please don't share it, sell it or post it online.
• You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the software, except where the law allows it.
• We may turn off a license key that has been shared publicly, refunded or charged back.

For flight simulation only

Our software is made for Microsoft Flight Simulator and other flight sims. It is not for real-world flight planning, navigation or logging real flight time.

Your account

Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at support@goldstrikesimulations.com if you think someone else has used it.

Updates and changes

We may update our software and these terms from time to time. If we make a big change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or work with every add-on or sim update. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost data, from using it. Please keep backups of anything important.
